Sevens Inspection Services and Sal were great! He was very thorough and took the time to explain high-level things he saw in the house at the inspection as well as explained some general maintenance points. We had a comprehensive report within 24 hours. The report itself was easy to read and understand, and again, very thorough. We loved that we could make an appointment online and everything was digital, which in this day and age makes things so much easier. Will absolutely use again and highly recommend. Our realtor was also very impressed by level and quality of service and professionalism.

I highly recommend Sevens for your next home inspection. Setting up the appointment was easy with all of my questions quickly answered. On the day of inspection, Sal arrived early and was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He is clearly knowledgeable and skilled at his craft. Best of all, I received my inspection report that same day. The report had a great level of detail, included clear pictures, and flagged issues I hadn't previously noticed. I will definitely be encouraging friends and family to use Sevens for their future inspections.

Sal is very professional and punctual guy. As a first time home buying experience, he made sure help me educate small things and how to take care of appliances/filters/ pro active checks etx to have less maintenance cost in future and longer equipment life. I truly recommend him to everyone!

Sal is a superb home inspector! He showed up 15 min earlier to do the outside of the home and was ready to go inside once my clients got there. He is very knowledgeable in the process, great communicator and efficient Inspector. He walked throughout the home with my clients and explained everything, and he answered all their questions. Sal was spot on, very professional, arrived on time and got straight to work. Having a background in construction I am always skeptical about home inspectors but Sal passed the test. He’s diversified in all aspects of an inspection, he even has a drone for Ariel rooftop footage I was quite impressed.

Sal was a very professional and knowledgeable inspector. He explained in detail all of the technical aspects about each part of the home he surveyed with me. He made me feel very comfortable and encouraged me to ask questions along the way. I was particularly impressed that Sal was certified and credentialed to fly a drone over the house to get video of the roof.Overall, I was very happy with Sal and Sevens Inspection of the home and I would highly recommend them.

A good friend of mine referred me to Sal. He was extremely professional and you could tell that he knew what he was doing. He took so much time to make sure we had every detail we needed from the inspection. Sal the inspector exceeded my expectations. He did a very thorough job and made me feel confident that he was working in my best interest (in regards to the house that I am interested in). I am a first time home buyer and Sal took the time to explain things to me, which is really important when you're new to the process. He was really there to represent my best interest and it is obvious that he has integrity. He also gave me a military discount :). In any case, his official report turn around was quick and his format for the inspection report was top notch. He is also very responsive to all my follow up questions. I’m a Real Estate Agent and I refer all my clients to Sal. In my most recent experience with Sal, my client was purchasing a co-op. He was very thorough when inspecting the co-op for my buyer. During the inspection he was honest with a few findings emphasizing whether they were minor or major and displayed his experience by answering all of my buyer’s concerns and explaining what he was inspecting. The turnaround time on receiving the report was by the following day. My client had a peace of mind to move forward on the purchase.
